Well, she earned her treat so we took her to Waikele Outlet Mall. Close by is Sportmart and Old Navy. Between them is our favorite shave ice stand, Mountain Magic. We let KC have her very own shave ice cone for the first time.
I liked how Tiffany had KC go over to the proprieter after she was done to say, "Thank you."

As we were leaving, we called out, "We'll be back."
how fun especially now as Chicago is under severe weather conditions with ice and snow. here you are in summer clothes enjoying a shaved ice. lol!
ReplyDeletelooks like KC enjoyed her ice cone quite well. it's snowing here today making it a winter wonderland outside my window. i'm loving it. hope you continue enjoying your company. have a great day.

ReplyDeleteChristmas in Hawaii is so very different. It's startling to see you all wearing shorts and eating "snow cones". We bundled up in multiple layers to go downtown yesterday.
I love snow cones...those ones look so huge and amazing. Glad KC got hers.
ReplyDeleteI sat in a 42F parking lot for 4.5 hours yesterday and came home last night and read about shave ice. I couldn't leave a comment then. I was shivering too badly!
ReplyDeleteKC's snow cone looks huge! Did she get through it?
I bet KC and Tif are happy to be were it is warmer! KC is growing up so fast!!
