Sky Watch Friday: Ko' Olina Beach Park

My children are aghast that the last time my swim suit touched salt water was at the Dead Sea last year. Well, we took Kalani to the Ko'Olina Beach in Ewa on the island of Oahu a couple of days ago and my swim suit was immersed in salt water again. Hmmmm... 2 times in about 20 years is pretty amazing, hunh?

In Ewa, I was intrigued by these wispy clouds. I'm sure my constantly photographing it made everybody else look up, too.

  3. Wow Kay, you must really truly be in Hawaii! What beauty.
Hope the Pacific salt is more pleasant than the Dead Sea's.

  17. Hi Kay! Eyelashes in the sky. Very beautiful. I am glad you made other look up to see this.

That's funny about your swim suit. I live at the Jersey Shore and don't ever own a swim suit. I have a feeling with your family visiting, that swim suit will be getting more use. Enjoy. Lisa

  26. Hi Kay, just stopping by to say hello. The pics are beautiful as usual! You always seem to get some of the greatest shots. I'm back in my childhood trying to imagine what those figures might be within the wispy clouds.

  28. The wispy clouds are so fascinating. They look like static electricity is pulling them upward with a brush, like brushing a long haired cast. These would also be great clouds for painting. It looks like all had a wonderful day at the beach.
